ITPC can work to a framework and service level agreement and can customise our service to compliment your existing
internal training function, along with your policies and procedures to make the integration seamless.
Many organisations disband their training department for cost and resource savings and instead give each
department or manager the responsibility to manage their own training needs through a cost centre, an allocated
training budget or have to go through procurement with a case study to justify any training needs they may have.
Whilst this may be a solution, it comes with its own problems; such as controlling and monitoring the spend, allowing non
governed supplier selection for each manager, which in turn can effects quality and other vital measures.
This convoluted supplier structure take away the power of consolidation leading to spending more on courses, increased
workload with more supplier setup and more individual invoicing and dispersion of supplier selection makes consistency
